The Best Dressed of K-pop

So far on this blog, we’ve only discussed K-pop groups as a whole. But, I want to take it a step further and talk about the individual idols themselves. Since the Fall season is among us and is full of some of my favorite trends, I thought we could dive into which idols I think have the best sense of style.

KEY

Key has been referred to as a gender-less fashion icon in K-pop. He makes choices out of his love for the aesthetic and not for acceptance from the public. Key has proven on many occasions to have a passion for maintaining good style. The way he mixes and matches unexpected colors, patterns and pieces is thrilling to see.

SANDARA PARK

Dara’s fashion choices are always just so fresh and urban. She can rock a chill tomboyish fit by day but always seamlessly pull off a sexy mature darker look by night. I can’t deny her taste is epic and she looks put together 24/7. Personally, I think the edgy street style vibe was made for her! Her Instagram is a sacred place full of inspiration.

KAI

With Kai’s height and fit body, he can pull off anything. His timeless classic style flatters his model-like features. His clothes are worn with such charming confidence. It’s hard to take your eyes off him anywhere he goes. My personal favorite look is when he pulls out the crop tops. Honestly, anything he puts on looks luxurious. Gucci king indeed.

G-DRAGON

Not only does G-dragons creativity shine through his music, but also his clothes. I can’t think of anyone who has more of a unique and daring sense of style than the fashionista king GD. He is most definitely a trendsetter among idol culture. His bold prints and colors are what I appreciate most in his wardrobe. He is also all about the accessories which spice up each of his fits.

JENNIE

The Chanel princess herself, Jennie Kim. Jennie has an effortlessly classy style that suits her delicate features nicely. She dresses very maturely and feminine for her age. Although I love her classy Chanel dresses, it’s always nice to see her pull out something a bit sexier. Jennie truly is the girl next door of K-pop and that shines through what she wears.

TAEHYUNG

BTS’ visual god Taehyung is one of the sharpest dressers in the industry. I love to see him wear a loose satin shirt that hangs off his shoulders. He has mastered the art of pulling off a soft sensitive look while still remaining sleek and cool. He surely lights up each room he steps in.

CL Anything CL puts on immediately looks like a million bucks. She could wear a trash bag and make it look so bad ass. She has a very intimidating and bold style. Black is for sure her color. Her versatility and willingness to be experimental makes me all the more gravitated toward her looks. A style icon til death.

NAEUN

Naeun’s style is very relatable and down to earth. She has an elegantly simple style that always accentuates her natural beauty. She’s the coolest in her minimalist approach to fashion. Her clothes totally match her chill and low key personality.
